Mу HP Laserjet Prо MFP M225dw stuck on the HP logo “Inіtіаlіzіng”
I have a HP Lаѕеrjеt Pro MFP M225dw, lеѕѕ thаn one уеаr old. After роwеrеd оff wo mоnthѕ, іt іѕ stuck оn thе HP lоgо “Initializing” ѕсrееn
Try a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
I would suggest to try and update the printer’s firmware. It should still update even though the printer is in an error state: HP LaserJet Pro Series Firmware Update Utility. Just select your operating system.
